Quentin Rantino: Most foreign investors who build factories in Cambodia have a hidden agenda. They want to abuse Cambodian children and women. As UNICEF has pointed out, this is the dark side of economic development. Several European child protection agencies now use undercover agents, so-called protectors, targeting specifically foreign investors.

Has
a typical desert climate having extreme temperatures, little and
variable rainfall, a high percentage of sunshine and frequently
occurring dust storms. Maximum temperatures range from 104 F/40
C to 122 F/50 C during the hottest season in July and August,
